Carmen has been a leadership facilitator for more than 15 years. She lives in Bridgeport, CT and has been married for more than 30 years. She has three daughters and four grandchildren. She shares that COVID brought into full focus the importance of family and connections. As a result, she started Girls & Gratitude Coffee Chats and gatherings since February 2021.  She supports of all things “Girl Power” and donates her time, talent and resources to countless causes.  She speaks Spanish and is a very funny and engaging speaker with a lot of energy.
